How to Cancel Seed

You can cancel your Seed subscription anytime from your Seed Account—open your account, go to your subscription settings, and choose Cancel. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not undo orders already processed; see Seed’s cancellation instructions for details and confirmation steps Seed Help Center.

How to cancel

  1. 1

Sign in to your Seed Account and open the Subscriptions or Account Settings area.

Seed’s help article confirms cancellations are handled through your account.

  2. 2

Find the active subscription you want to cancel and select the Cancel option.

Follow any on-screen prompts and watch for a cancellation confirmation email. The help page notes cancellations can be done at any time from your account.

  3. 3

If you only want to delay a shipment instead of canceling, change the next refill date (Seed lets you reschedule a next refill; indefinite pauses aren’t available) Reschedule/Skip/Pause guidance.

  4. 4

After canceling, check your email for confirmation and keep that message until you verify no further charges occur.

Example: If your next refill processes in three days and you cancel today, the cancellation applies to future refills—but an order that already processed will still ship and be billed (see the limitation below) Can I cancel or change an order that already processed?.

What Happens After Cancellation?

Future refills

Cancellation stops upcoming refills when effective. Charges and orders already processed remain due and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Loyalty Points

If you cancel all active subscriptions, points expire after 90 days without an active subscription.

Returning later

Sign in and follow the Help Center’s reactivation instructions to resubscribe.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Cannot find Cancel

Check the email and Seed Account that owns the subscription. Use the Help Center’s login guidance if needed.

Want a temporary break

Seed does not offer indefinite pauses. Reschedule or skip the next refill before processing instead.

Charge or missing confirmation

An already-processed order remains payable. Check spam and account status; save a screenshot and contact support if cancellation is unclear.

Contacting Customer Support

Use the Seed Help Center’s contact options. Include the account email, order number, subscription screenshot, and any confirmation. Submit changes before refill processing; allow at least one business day rather than waiting until processing day.

Cancel from your Seed Account by opening the subscription settings and selecting Cancel; the Seed Help Center confirms cancellations are processed through your account.

Yes—Seed’s help article states you can cancel anytime through your Seed Account, but cancelling after an order has processed will not stop that shipment or charge.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Seed’s subscription terms state you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation; check the full subscription terms for how post-cancellation billing and refund considerations are handled.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

Seed does not offer indefinite pauses, but you can reschedule or skip a next refill through Subscriptions up until the day before processing.
