After cancellation
Premium access
If you cancel before the next billing date, Premium perks continue until the current paid period ends.
Your account
Cancelling stops renewal; it does not necessarily delete your account or watch history.
Troubleshooting
No cancellation option
A partner-billed subscription must be cancelled with that partner. If Crunchyroll bills you directly, confirm the account, sign in again, or try another browser before contacting Help.
No confirmation email
Check spam and the email address on your account. Verify cancellation status on the billing provider’s subscription page and save a screenshot.
Charged after cancelling
Compare the receipt with your cancellation proof. Ask the provider that took the payment to review the charge or refund request.
