How to Cancel Grammarly
Cancel a web-billed Grammarly plan from Account → Your account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Complete every confirmation screen to stop renewal. If Apple bills you, cancel through your Apple account instead.

Cancel a web subscription

Sign in to the billing account.
Use the email address on your Grammarly receipt.

Open Subscription.
Go to Account → Your account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.

Confirm cancellation.
Select Continue, choose a cancellation reason, then select Cancel Subscription to finish.

Save proof.
Check that automatic renewal is off and keep the confirmation email or a screenshot.
Using the Superhuman suite? Cancellation through an associated account may affect other apps in the suite. Check which services the confirmation screen covers before proceeding.
Billing and refunds
Automatic renewal
Cancellation stops renewal; paid features remain available through the current subscription period. Check the updated status and end date.
Refunds
Grammarly says it issues refunds only when required by law. Cancelling does not automatically refund a payment.
Apple purchases
Request an App Store refund from Apple separately from cancelling the subscription.
Account deletion
Cancelling does not delete your Grammarly account. Cancel the paid subscription first if you also intend to close the account.
If something goes wrong
No cancellation button
Check the billing email and try the matching Grammarly account. If Apple took the payment, use Apple’s subscription settings.
Charged after cancelling
Compare the charge date with your confirmation. Contact Grammarly Support for a direct charge and include the receipt, account email, and cancellation proof.
Cannot sign in
Try account recovery. If it fails, contact support with your billing receipt to help identify the account. Do not send passwords or full card numbers.
