How to Cancel an OmegaXL Subscription and Future Shipments

To cancel an OmegaXL subscription, contact its official customer-service team at 800-488-8082 or use the chat or message options on OmegaXL's contact page. Identify the recurring order you want canceled and ask for confirmation that future shipments and billing have stopped. The website lists a separate sales number, so use customer service for an existing subscription. OmegaXL contact page

Have your latest order confirmation available. If you have several products on recurring delivery, write down each one you want to stop; a request about one bottle or one shipment may not clearly describe your entire subscription.

Prepare the order details

Use the account email, customer or order reference, product name, and next shipment date if shown. If you are contacting support about an unexpected charge, also record the amount and the date it appeared.

Do not confuse the date you received a package with the date the next order will be billed. Check the actual recurring-order details rather than estimating from when the previous box arrived.

Ask customer service to cancel

  1. 1

Open the official contact page or call its customer-service number.

  2. 2

Explain that you want to cancel the recurring subscription, not simply delay a shipment.

  3. 3

Identify all products and recurring orders affected.

  4. 4

Ask whether an order has already entered processing.

  5. 5

Obtain a confirmation number or written response.

If the representative offers a pause or a different delivery frequency, choose it only if you want future shipments to resume. Ask for the next billing date before accepting an alternative to cancellation.

If an order is already on the way

Treat cancellation of future deliveries and handling an existing order as two questions. Give support the current order number and ask whether it can still be stopped. If it cannot, request the applicable return instructions and eligibility conditions.

Do not send a package to an address found in an old review or assume that refusing delivery completes a refund request. Ask where an authorized return should go and what information must be included. Keep any tracking receipt until the issue is resolved.

Refunds are a separate request

State explicitly if you want a payment reviewed. Include the order date, amount, and reason, then ask which terms apply to that purchase. This guide does not promise a refund for every repeat shipment or extend a promotional guarantee beyond its written conditions.

If a refund is approved, record the amount, any return requirement, and the expected processing period provided by support. A cancellation confirmation shows that the subscription was addressed; it does not by itself show that a credit was issued.

What if another charge appears?

Compare it with the order information you saved. It may relate to an order already processing, but that must be confirmed rather than assumed. Contact customer service with the cancellation date and ask which order generated the charge.

Keep the conversation focused on the remaining transaction. Repeating a general cancellation request without supplying the earlier confirmation can make it harder to distinguish an unresolved shipment from a new renewal.

Once support confirms the recurring orders are canceled, check your payment statement after the next expected billing date. Retain the confirmation and any return tracking until you have verified both future billing and the outcome of any existing order.

Keep track of what you want to cancel.

Review your subscriptions in Subpilot and request cancellation help where supported. Some providers require you to act directly; submitting a request does not confirm cancellation.
