That second question matters because a monthly charge is not necessarily a new monthly shipment. The Body Firm explains that some orders are paid in installments. Canceling future deliveries and settling an existing order's payment schedule are separate matters.

Identify what the charge covers

Find the original offer, order confirmation, and recent payment. Record the product, shipment date, total order price, and installment schedule if one was included.

Compare the total price with the individual payments. Do not assume that the first installment was the entire purchase price, or that every later installment means a new box is on the way. The provider's current customer-service page confirms that an installment may still be collected while a return is in transit and then included in the final refund. Check the number and timing of installments on your actual offer. Official payment explanation

If the receipt is unclear, ask support to explain the existing order balance before accepting a change to the account.

Cancel future auto-delivery

  1. 1

Contact customer service through the official website or published number.

  2. 2

Identify the account and recurring product.

  3. 3

State that you want future auto-delivery canceled.

  4. 4

Ask whether another shipment is already processing.

  5. 5

Ask for the cancellation confirmation and a separate statement of any remaining installment payments.

If you have more than one product or delivery program, name each one you want canceled. A request to stop a single shipment may not clearly instruct support to end every recurring order.

Use precise wording

You can say: “Please cancel future auto-delivery for [product] on account [email or customer reference]. Confirm that no new recurring order will be created. Separately, please explain any remaining payments for orders already shipped, including the order number, balance, and dates.”

This phrasing gives you two useful records: the future-shipment status and the existing payment schedule. It also makes a later charge easier to investigate.

Current orders and returns

The current FAQ says an order can be canceled up to 36 hours before shipment. Once processed, changes apply to the next delivery. If an order is already underway, ask whether it can still be stopped; ending the membership is not the same as reversing an existing order.

For eligible direct purchases, the FAQ gives a 60-day return period from purchase, including empty bottles. Original shipping is nonrefundable, and customers pay return shipping. It estimates 7–10 business days after receipt at the distribution center for the refund to appear, depending on the bank or card issuer. Keep proof of postage and follow the official return instructions for your order. Current order and return conditions

Do not infer that refusing a package automatically cancels the subscription or resolves installment payments. Follow the instructions you receive and keep tracking details if you return anything.

If you want a refund, identify the payment and reason separately. A cancellation confirmation is not a promise to reverse every charge already associated with a delivered order.

Check the next statement

When a later payment appears, compare it with the installment schedule support confirmed. If it does not match, provide the cancellation date, order reference, and amount and ask for an explanation.

Do not simply assume every later payment is correct either. The point of obtaining the schedule is to verify the amount and dates, not to accept unexplained charges.

Keep the cancellation confirmation, order balance information, and any return record together until the last issue is resolved. You are finished when future auto-delivery is canceled and you understand the status of every existing order and payment still associated with the account.
