How to Cancel UP Faith & Family Through the Right Billing Provider

For a subscription purchased directly from UP Faith & Family, open its Customer Portal, sign in through the email link, choose Manage Subscription, switch off the subscription, and select Save Changes. For a store or other platform purchase, cancel with the company named on the receipt.

The official cancellation guide separates direct subscriptions from Apple, Google Play, Roku, and other third-party purchases. Start by identifying that billing route rather than the device you use to watch.

Cancel a direct website subscription

Use the Customer Portal link in the official guide. Enter the signup email, open the login message, and access subscription management. After toggling the subscription off, save the change; leaving without saving is not a completed cancellation.

Keep a screenshot of the result and any confirmation email. Check the account again if the screen still appears to show a future renewal. Ask support to explain any unclear status before assuming another payment will occur.

The guide also lists 1-470-447-0882 for an automated cancellation process. Have the account information ready and retain any confirmation supplied during that route.

If you subscribed through a platform

Look at the purchase receipt or payment history. Watching through a television, browser, or phone does not establish where you originally paid. Follow the provider-specific links in the official guide for the account that owns the subscription.

If you cannot see the plan, check whether a family member or a different account made the purchase. Do not start a new plan just to reach an account page. An existing subscription needs to be located and managed under its original billing account.

You may have more than one purchase route if you subscribed again after changing devices. Compare dates and receipts before deciding two charges represent the same subscription.

Troubleshoot portal access

Check the spelling of the email address, then look in spam for the login message. Use a current login link instead of repeatedly opening an old message. If the portal cannot locate the subscription, contact support through the official help site.

The cancellation guide asks customers who cannot find a subscription to provide the account email or the last four digits of the charged card. Do not send the full card number or security code. Include the payment date and explain whether you need help locating the plan, canceling it, or reviewing a charge.

Keep refunds separate from cancellation

Ask the billing provider about any payment already collected. Give the charge date, amount, and reason for the request. Do not assume that switching renewal off also reverses a recent payment.

Before deleting account information, retain the receipt, cancellation result, and any refund decision. If a later payment appears, those records help support determine whether it was already pending, came from another subscription, or requires correction.

Final checks

  • The cancellation applies to the billing account on your receipt.
  • You saved the portal change or completed the platform's flow.
  • You recorded the effective date or requested clarification.
  • Any refund inquiry has its own documented outcome.

Removing the viewing app or signing out is not useful evidence of stopped billing. The confirmation from the actual subscription provider is the record to keep.

Let Subpilot help

Keep track of what you want to cancel.

Review your subscriptions in Subpilot and request cancellation help where supported. Some providers require you to act directly; submitting a request does not confirm cancellation.
