How to Cancel FIXD Premium Without Confusing It With a Sensor Return

For a directly purchased FIXD Premium plan, use the cancellation link in FIXD's official subscription guide. For Apple or Google Play purchases, use the original store's subscription controls instead.

Check whether you want to stop Premium, return the sensor, or both. FIXD documents those as separate processes, and some promotional sensor offers carry additional return conditions.

Identify the payment route

Find the Premium purchase confirmation and check who collected payment. A sensor order and a Premium subscription may have separate receipts. Keep both if the hardware was included with an offer.

For direct billing, open the official cancellation page through the help guide and follow its account-verification steps. For store billing, find FIXD in the purchasing store account and complete cancellation there.

Save the final confirmation and renewal status. Uninstalling the app is not a reliable substitute for a billing-provider cancellation.

What happens to the sensor?

The cancellation guide says you can continue using the free FIXD features with your sensor after ending Premium. That does not mean every paid feature remains available. Check which functions you actually need before assuming a particular diagnostic service will continue.

If you want to return the hardware, consult FIXD's product-return instructions. They describe a 30-day period from delivery, a prepaid return label, and different request routes depending on the order-number prefix.

Use the correct order reference and obtain the required label. Save tracking until the return is acknowledged. Do not mail a sensor back as a substitute for confirming the subscription itself has stopped.

Review refund eligibility

FIXD's Premium refund policy gives 30 days from the initial charge to request a refund, applies it only to the first year, and excludes subsequent renewal charges. An approved refund immediately ends Premium access.

The same current Premium refund policy also specifies a sensor-return condition when a sensor was supplied at no cost with Premium: return during the trial or within the stated initial-charge window is required for the described trial cancellation or refund request. Check your actual offer and ask support to confirm what applies before retaining the hardware and assuming the matter is closed.

Store-payment refunds must be requested through the respective store. Cancellation does not automatically initiate a refund.

When you need support

FIXD lists help@fixdapp.com in its guidance. Include the account email, order number, payment channel, and whether you need cancellation, refund review, or return help.

Keep each requested outcome distinct. A support reply approving a hardware return does not necessarily confirm Premium cancellation, and a canceled plan does not prove a refund was issued.

Verify the result

Check the subscription's renewal status, any remaining hardware requirement, and the refund decision. Review the next relevant statement and retain the confirmation and return tracking. Those records make it easier to explain a later charge without guessing which part of the original offer it relates to.

Let Subpilot help

Keep track of what you want to cancel.

Review your subscriptions in Subpilot and request cancellation help where supported. Some providers require you to act directly; submitting a request does not confirm cancellation.
