Direct and store billing
Under Profile, open Subscription to identify the payment method. Credit-card and PayPal payments use Guardio’s own controls. App Store and Google Play payments use the respective store.
For direct billing on desktop, open Subscription, then Change in the Plan row. Turn off Premium protection, or use Manage Plan and its cancellation option if that is the interface displayed. On mobile, the route starts with Profile, Subscription and Manage Subscription. Only the owner can cancel a Family or Duo plan.

Confirmation and coverage
Guardio says successful cancellation produces an email and a Free-plan status showing the coverage end date. Protection continues through the paid period. Deleting the app or account, unsubscribing from marketing emails, replying to an email or blocking a charge does not cancel the subscription.
