How to Cancel PDFSimpli and Check Refund Eligibility
To cancel PDFSimpli, sign in and open My Account, then the billing or subscription area, and confirm cancellation. Its support pages show two interface descriptions: Billing / Subscription → Cancel Subscription, or Account Settings → Plan and Payment → Cancel Plan. Follow the version shown in your account and save the confirmation email. PDFSimpli cancellation guide · PDFSimpli support
Do not wait until the last moment. PDFSimpli's terms state that cancellation should be completed at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next renewal. Subscription terms

The official cancellation guide says access continues through the current billing cycle after cancellation. Do not confuse continued access during that period with an active future renewal. Access after cancellation
Check the billing interval carefully
PDFSimpli's pricing page describes trial-access offers that renew every four weeks, as well as an annual plan. Use the interval on your receipt; four weeks and a calendar month are not identical schedules. The page's displayed prices can depend on the offer, so this guide does not substitute a universal price for your order terms. PDFSimpli pricing
If you purchased access for one document conversion, check whether the checkout also enrolled you in recurring access. Completing the conversion does not itself complete the cancellation flow.
If you cannot log in
Contact support@pdfsimpli.com or 844-898-1076 through the official support page. Its cancellation guide asks for the purchase email, last four digits of the card, and charge date when account access is unavailable. Cancellation support · Support contact
State that you want the recurring plan canceled, not merely that you cannot open a file. Ask for the effective date and confirmation that no further renewal is scheduled.
Understand the refund-policy difference
PDFSimpli's pricing page advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee. Its general terms say payments are nonrefundable unless otherwise indicated, while its support page describes requesting a refund within 30 days. These statements should be read together with the offer you actually purchased—not as an automatic refund promise for every payment. Pricing guarantee · General refund terms · Refund request information
Save the offer and receipt, then request review of the specific payment. Ask which guarantee applies and whether the refund has been approved. Cancellation and reimbursement require separate confirmation.
Save files and verify the result
Download the documents you need before access ends. Open them locally to confirm that the intended edits and pages are present, and store sensitive documents securely.
Keep your billing confirmation outside the account. After the former renewal date, check for any new charge. If one appears, provide support with the transaction and cancellation timestamp and ask which billing period it covers. If a refund was approved, check for the credit separately rather than assuming it arrived when the plan status changed.
Keep track of what you want to cancel.
Review your subscriptions in Subpilot and request cancellation help where supported. Some providers require you to act directly; submitting a request does not confirm cancellation.
