Cancellation and orders
The FAQ says subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but a shipment already processing may still arrive. Its separate order-cancellation guidance uses a cutoff of 36 hours before shipment.

Return policy
The FAQ describes a 60-day return period from purchase. Shipping and handling are excluded, and the customer pays return shipping.
