How to Cancel Twitch

Cancel on the web

Open Subscriptions Management.
Sign in to the account that bought the subscription.

Choose Don’t Renew Subscription.

Select Don’t Renew Subscription on the following page and save the result.
Cancel a mobile purchase
Open Profile → Subscriptions, select the plan, and follow the displayed instructions. If an app store controls billing, use that store’s subscription settings.
What happens after cancellation?
Paid channel subscriptions
Benefits remain until the Sub End Date. Turn off renewal separately for every channel; there is no bulk cancellation option.
Gift subscriptions
You can select Disable Gift Benefits from the mobile Subscriptions view.
Prime Gaming
A month’s Prime channel subscription cannot be cancelled after that monthly benefit has been used. Review the Prime-specific guidance.

No cog or Don’t Renew option
Check the signed-in Subscriptions Management page. Try a private window or another device if the controls fail to load.
Google Play purchase
Use Google Play’s Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to manage a Play purchase. Twitch’s mobile help directs Android billing and refund questions to Twitch Support.
Cannot access the account
Use Twitch account recovery or Support, then return to Subscriptions Management.
Benefits ended unexpectedly
