How to Cancel My Unsubby and Check Outstanding Cancellation Requests

Identify the payment you want to end

Check requests already sent to other providers

Review the history of cancellation orders and keep any delivery or processing records. Unsubby's cancellation guide says ending its membership does not affect requests already submitted through the platform. Contact the original provider to confirm its subscription status when necessary.

Separate the milestones: a letter prepared, a letter sent, a provider receiving it, and a provider confirming cancellation. Do not treat the first or second step as proof that billing at the original service has stopped.

For a time-sensitive renewal, ask the original provider about its direct cancellation route rather than assuming a pending third-party request will be completed in time.

Refund inquiries need a separate answer

If you dispute an Unsubby charge, identify the exact invoice and explain whether it concerns membership billing or a cancellation order. Request a review without assuming that ending a membership automatically refunds work already ordered.

Retain the response and any approved amount. Check the original payment method for the credit if a refund is processed.

Build a final record
