How to Cancel a Zeely Subscription and Check Remaining Credits

In Zeely, tap the green current-plan button at the top right of the home screen, select Manage subscription, and choose Cancel subscription. Complete the reason prompt and confirm I still want to cancel. Zeely's current app instructions describe this full sequence.

Before canceling, review the renewal date, remaining credits, and any work you need to save. If the purchase was billed by an app store, use the store route linked from the official guidance instead.

Finish the entire cancellation flow

Open the correct account and plan. Continue past the initial cancellation selection until the final confirmation; closing the window at an intermediate prompt does not establish that renewal has stopped.

Save the outcome and end date. The current help page says access and credits remain until the billing period ends, then expire. Plan any permitted downloads or exports accordingly rather than assuming unused credits remain available indefinitely.

If you have multiple accounts, compare the email on the receipt with the one in the app. This is especially important if you first signed up on the web and later used a different sign-in method on your phone.

Review work and other spending separately

Make a list of the assets and project information you need to retain. Open exported files to verify they are usable. Record any campaign settings you will need elsewhere without unnecessarily copying personal customer information.

Do not assume canceling a software subscription stops every advertising expense associated with your business. Check the status of any live ad campaigns and their billing independently. Ask Zeely support which services or add-ons are included in the cancellation if the account shows more than one item.

The subscription policy says uninstalling the app does not cancel the plan. Keep the account confirmation rather than treating app removal as evidence of stopped billing.

Refunds require a separate request

Zeely's refund help directs customers to support or chat, with a short explanation and the account email if not signed in. Requests are reviewed against its refund policy; approval is not automatic.

Include the transaction date and amount and explain whether the issue is a mistaken charge, a failed cancellation attempt, or something else. If approved, Zeely says it sends a processing confirmation and returns the money to the original payment method.

The help page gives a typical bank-posting estimate of five to ten business days. Treat that as an estimate, and follow up with the bank and Zeely if the credit does not arrive within the stated period.

If the plan remains active

Distinguish remaining paid access from active renewal. You may still be able to use the service before the end date even though future renewal is disabled. Ask support for a clear answer if the label does not make that distinction.

For an error, keep the screen and time of the attempt. Send those details through the official help channel without exposing passwords or complete payment information.

Closing checks

Confirm the plan will not renew, record when credits and access end, and verify any separate advertising or add-on arrangements. Keep the cancellation and refund records apart so neither unfinished task is overlooked.

Let Subpilot help

Keep track of what you want to cancel.

Review your subscriptions in Subpilot and request cancellation help where supported. Some providers require you to act directly; submitting a request does not confirm cancellation.
