Direct billing in the newer app

Open Settings.
Select the profile icon at the top left, then Settings.

Find the membership.
Open Manage My Account, then Membership Details.

Cancel.
Select Cancel Membership and complete the prompts. ABCmouse sends a confirmation email.
These instructions concern the newer app. ABCmouse Classic uses a different interface. Store-billed subscriptions are canceled through the store. Paying ABCmouse with Apple Pay is different from purchasing an App Store subscription.
