How to Cancel an Astroline Subscription

To cancel an Astroline subscription, use the route that matches where you bought it: the Astroline website, Google Play, or the Apple App Store. Astroline provides different cancellation instructions for each billing route. Read Astroline’s official cancellation instructions

Cancellation turns off automatic renewal rather than ending access immediately. You can keep using the paid features until the current billing period ends. Astroline advises canceling at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. See the official cancellation guidance

Do not rely on deleting the app, deleting your Astroline account, or unsubscribing from marketing emails. Astroline says these actions do not cancel an active subscription, and charges may continue even if you no longer use the app. Read Astroline’s missing-subscription help

Before you cancel

First, determine the billing platform. The correct cancellation location depends on the purchase route.

  • Astroline website purchase: Cancel in the Astroline web app.
  • Google Play purchase: Cancel through Google Play subscriptions.
  • Apple App Store purchase: Cancel in Apple subscription settings.
  • Not listed in Google Play or Apple subscriptions: A direct purchase through the Astroline website is the most likely explanation. Use Astroline’s purchase-routing guidance

Payment method and purchase platform are not always the same thing. A subscription purchased directly through Astroline’s website may have been paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay. In that situation, it is still a web purchase and should be canceled through Astroline, not through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. See the official troubleshooting indicators

If you are not sure how you subscribed, review your email and payment records. Astroline identifies these as signs that you may have purchased directly on its website:

  • You paid with a debit card, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
  • Your receipt or welcome email came from Astroline rather than Apple or Google.
  • Your bank statement shows an Astroline charge.
  • Astroline is not listed among active Apple or Google subscriptions. Read the official web-purchase indicators

Search your inboxes for Astroline receipts, welcome messages, and payment notices if you cannot remember the route. An email from Astroline, rather than Apple or Google, can indicate a direct website purchase. Review Astroline’s troubleshooting guidance

Steps to solve it

Use this checklist before following the detailed instructions for your purchase route.

Check What to do
Identify the purchase route Look for the active plan in Astroline, Google Play, or Apple subscription settings. If it is missing from Apple and Google, consider whether it may be a web purchase. Astroline’s cancellation instructions
Cancel in the matching place Use the Astroline web app for website purchases, Google Play for Play purchases, and Apple Settings for App Store purchases. Read the official instructions
Complete every prompt Finish the cancellation flow shown by Astroline, Google Play, or Apple.
Allow enough time Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Review the timing guidance
Check for separate plans If you have both a web plan and a mobile-store plan, cancel both to prevent additional charges. See Astroline’s warning about multiple subscriptions

Cancel a subscription purchased on the Astroline website

  1. 1

Open the Astroline web app and log in with the email address and password you created when subscribing.

  2. 2

Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.

  3. 3

    Scroll to Manage Subscription.

  4. 4

Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen.

  5. 5

Finish the cancellation flow presented by Astroline.

Astroline’s billing terms state that direct website plans renew automatically until canceled. The terms also direct web users to change their account subscription settings and follow the termination process. Read Astroline’s billing terms

If the service remains available after you cancel, that does not necessarily mean the request failed. Astroline says access continues through the active subscription period, while automatic renewal is switched off. See Astroline’s cancellation policy guidance

Cancel a subscription through Google Play

Use these instructions only if you purchased the plan through Google Play.

  1. 1

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

  2. 2

Tap your photo or avatar in the top-right corner.

  3. 3

    Select Payments & subscriptions.

  4. 4

    Tap Subscriptions.

  5. 5

    Under Active, select Astroline.

  6. 6

    Tap Cancel subscription.

  7. 7

Select a reason, then tap Continue.

  8. 8

Tap Cancel subscription again to finalize the request.

If Astroline does not appear in Google Play, do not assume there is no active plan. Check the payment method, charge description, receipt sender, and welcome email. A missing Google Play listing may mean the purchase was made directly through Astroline’s website. Read the missing-subscription guidance

Cancel a subscription through Apple

Use these instructions only if you purchased Astroline through the Apple App Store.

  1. 1

On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings.

  2. 2

    Tap your name.

  3. 3

    Tap Subscriptions.

  4. 4

Under Active, select Daily Astrology Horoscope.

  5. 5

    Tap Cancel Subscription.

  6. 6

Tap Confirm to complete the cancellation.

If there is no Cancel Subscription button, or Apple shows an expiration message in red text, Astroline says the subscription is already canceled. See Astroline’s Apple cancellation status guidance

Troubleshooting a missing or continued charge

If you cannot find Astroline in Apple or Google subscription settings, review the payment details before taking further action. Astroline says a subscription absent from your Apple or Google account is most likely a direct website purchase. Read Astroline’s official troubleshooting steps

Look for evidence of a direct web purchase, including an Astroline receipt, an Astroline welcome email, an Astroline charge on your bank statement, or payment through PayPal, a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. These signs do not mean that every payment using Apple Pay or Google Pay came through Astroline’s website, but they are the indicators Astroline lists for possible web purchases. Review the direct-purchase indicators

When the evidence points to a website purchase, sign in to the Astroline web app. Then open Settings, select Manage Subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription. Use the official web cancellation route

It is possible to have more than one active billing arrangement. For example, you may have a direct web plan and a separate mobile-store plan. Astroline instructs users to cancel both the web and mobile plans when both exist, so future charges do not continue from the other billing route. Read Astroline’s multiple-subscription warning

If the charge timing does not match what you expect, or you have trouble completing the cancellation flow, contact Astroline through its support form for assistance. Astroline confirms that canceling disables auto-renewal while current-period access remains available. See Astroline’s cancellation help

Keep track of what you want to cancel.

Review your subscriptions in Subpilot and request cancellation help where supported. Some providers require you to act directly; submitting a request does not confirm cancellation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does deleting Astroline cancel the subscription?

No. Removing the app, deleting your account, or unsubscribing from Astroline emails does not cancel an active plan. Cancel through Astroline’s web settings, Google Play, or Apple subscription settings based on where you purchased it. Read Astroline’s cancellation warning

What happens after I cancel?

Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. You can continue using Astroline until the current subscription period ends. Astroline advises canceling at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. See Astroline’s official cancellation guidance

What if I paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Apple Pay and Google Pay are payment methods, not always proof of an App Store or Google Play purchase. Astroline lists both methods as possible signs of a direct website purchase, so check whether the plan appears in the relevant store subscriptions before choosing the cancellation route. Read Astroline’s purchase-routing guidance

Will I receive a refund after canceling?

Do not assume cancellation creates a refund. Astroline says refunds cannot be provided when cancellation is not completed in time, and it advises canceling at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Read Astroline’s refund-timing guidance

Is there a cancellation fee?

Astroline’s cited cancellation guidance does not describe a separate cancellation fee. For direct website purchases, however, Astroline’s billing terms say prices may exclude applicable taxes and bank charges. Those website terms do not establish fees or cancellation rules for Apple App Store or Google Play purchases. Review Astroline’s billing terms
