How to Cancel Urban Air

To cancel an Urban Air membership, first check whether you are still in the initial six- or 12-month commitment period. During that period, early cancellation is limited to reasons described in the membership agreement, such as a qualifying move or a documented disability. After the initial term, the plan generally continues month to month until you submit a cancellation request through an approved method. Review the current Urban Air membership agreement before you act.

Check your plan and cancellation options

Urban Air plans may have an initial commitment of six or 12 months. Once that commitment ends, the membership can roll into recurring monthly billing unless you cancel before the renewal billing date. The agreement is the best source for the terms that apply to your account. See the current policy in the Urban Air membership agreement.

How to cancel

  1. 1

Review your agreement and billing status

Open the Urban Air membership agreement and identify your initial term, renewal status, and next scheduled charge. If you joined through a promotion or prepaid offer, review the confirmation from your purchase as well. The agreement explains when a plan can renew and which circumstances may allow cancellation before the initial commitment ends.

If you are in the initial term, determine whether you have a permitted reason. The agreement describes situations involving relocation and disability, among others, and may require supporting documents. A qualifying reason does not remove the need to follow the stated cancellation process.

  2. 2

    Prepare a clear cancellation request

Include enough information for Membership Support to locate the account. Use the member’s full name, the email linked to the membership, the home park location, and a direct request to end the plan. Include your phone number only if you are comfortable providing it for follow-up.

If you seek early cancellation, explain the reason briefly and attach the required evidence. For a move, the agreement may require written verification that the new residence is beyond the stated distance threshold. For a disability-related request, provide the documentation the agreement calls for. Do not send original documents by mail unless Urban Air specifically asks for them.

  3. 3

    Use an approved cancellation channel

The membership agreement identifies a web-based cancellation form and written notice by mail as approved options. It also refers to an online account option where required by law. Check the agreement for the current instructions before sending anything, since procedures can change.

For a mailed request, address it to Membership Support at Urban Air’s Bedford, Texas office: 2350 Airport Freeway, Suite 505, Bedford, TX 76022. Use a delivery method that gives you a mailing receipt or tracking record. That record shows when you sent the notice, although it does not by itself confirm that the request was approved.

  4. 4

    Record confirmation details

After using the online form, save the completion screen, confirmation email, or request number. If you mailed the request, keep a copy of the letter and the carrier’s delivery status. Write down the date, the cancellation method, and the membership email used.

Check your member account after submitting the request. Urban Air’s FAQs point members to account and Member Portal resources for common membership questions. If your account still shows active status after the expected processing period, contact Membership Support and provide your saved proof.

What happens after you cancel

Outstanding charges

Amounts due before the cancellation becomes effective may still be collected. Check the agreement’s effective-date language.

Missed renewal deadline

The plan may roll into recurring monthly billing after the initial term. Submit a valid request; stopping visits does not end the plan.

Billing continues

Compare later charges with the request date, agreement, and confirmation. Send Urban Air your records and ask for a review.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a cancellation fee?

The agreement addresses charges due through the effective cancellation date and rules for ending a plan early. It does not promise that all charges will be waived. Review your agreement, plan confirmation, and billing history before assuming a fee or recent charge will be removed.

Can my local park cancel the membership for me?

Use the cancellation methods listed in the membership agreement rather than assuming a park employee can close the account. A local team may be able to answer questions about attractions, birthday party offers, or park hours. However, Membership Support and the official cancellation channel are the safest route for ending a recurring plan.
