How to Cancel a Canopy Filter or Aroma Subscription
For Canopy home-product refills, sign in on a computer, select More at the top right, and choose Cancel. Canopy's official cancellation instructions say self-service cancellation becomes available after the first two refill shipments under its device-discount commitment.
This guide concerns getcanopy.co's filters, aromas, and related refills. A different service named Canopy needs its own billing instructions.
Check the two-refill commitment
Look at your original device offer and refill history. The help page explains that a device discount was exchanged for a two-refill commitment and that the cancellation control appears after the second refill ships.
If you are earlier in that schedule, contact Canopy's Customer Experience team through the contact form linked in the official instructions. Ask what applies to your specific offer. Do not assume the missing button is a technical error or that every customer has identical purchase terms.
The page also says cancellation is available from a computer rather than the mobile site. Switch devices before repeating the same unsuccessful mobile search.
Complete cancellation
Open the correct subscription, use More and Cancel, and follow the remaining prompts. Save the result and check whether additional refill plans remain active.
If you instead choose a skip or reschedule, record the next date. That is useful when you have excess supplies but still want the plan; it is not the same as stopping it permanently.
Check an order already created
The cancellation page says existing orders still ship unless Customer Experience is contacted before shipment. It also says subscription refills are final sale except when they arrive damaged, subject to the return policy.
If a charge has already appeared, send the order number promptly and ask about its current status. Do not assume that a cancellation confirmation for future orders reverses the current one.
For a damaged delivery, keep photographs and packaging and request the appropriate remedy through support. Ask for instructions before returning anything.
Understand credits and protection benefits
Canopy's subscription information says cancellation forfeits remaining Canopy Credits. It also connects Canopy Care Protection Plan eligibility to an active qualifying Aroma Subscription and refill requirements.
Review your credit balance and coverage before canceling. Ask support about a pending warranty matter separately; do not assume every protection benefit continues after the qualifying plan ends.
Record the information you need without spending credits simply because they might expire. Compare the cost of any additional purchase with your actual needs.
If the account does not show the right plan
Compare the email used for the device order and refill receipts. Send support the product and order references and explain whether you cannot locate the subscription, have not completed the commitment, or receive an error after selecting cancellation.
Ask for a written answer covering the effective date and any order still scheduled. Review the next relevant statement and retain the confirmation with the original offer. That provides a clearer record than an assumption based on the Cancel button disappearing.
Keep track of what you want to cancel.
Review your subscriptions in Subpilot and request cancellation help where supported. Some providers require you to act directly; submitting a request does not confirm cancellation.
