Cancellation and timing
Cancel through the online option linked in the ExtraCare Plus terms or call 1-800-746-7287. CVS says cancellation is not available in stores. Cancellation must be submitted at least three days before renewal to avoid the next membership fee. The standard terms do not provide a refund of a processed membership fee; sponsored memberships have separate provisions.
