How to Cancel Hims
To cancel a Hims subscription, sign in to your Hims or Hers account and open Subscriptions. Select your plan, choose Additional Options → Manage Subscription → Discontinue plan → Cancel Subscription and complete the confirmation prompts. Hims advises cancelling at least 48 hours before your next order date. A cancellation will not stop an order that is already being processed or has shipped.
Before you start, check which plan you are cancelling. A standard product subscription, a Weight Loss Membership, and a medication plan may have different effects. Review the renewal date shown in your account so you can act before the cancellation deadline.
How to cancel
Cancel on the website

Open Subscriptions → Manage beside the plan.

Under Get help, select Additional Options → Manage subscription → Discontinue plan → Cancel Subscription.

Complete the prompts. Repeat for every subscription you want to end.
Cancel in the app
Open Profile → Subscriptions → Additional Options → Manage Subscription below the plan, then Discontinue plan → Cancel Subscription. Complete the prompts and save confirmation.
Timing: Cancel at least 48 hours before the next order date. Cancellation does not stop an order already processing or shipped. For testosterone lab work ordered before medication is prescribed, contact Hims for cancellation help.

Weight Loss Membership
Membership features continue until the current billing period ends, but cancellation also ends associated medications. Check the membership-specific terms before confirming.
Medication Plan
Plans renew at the interval shown at checkout unless cancelled at least two days before the next billing date. Manage the membership and medication plan separately in Subscriptions.
Gifthealth medication
Gifthealth handles cancellation, billing, and refund issues for medication subscriptions it provides. Cancelling that medication does not itself cancel a Hims Weight Loss Membership.

Plan or cancellation option missing
Check the email on your order receipt and the account’s subscription list. Contact the Hims Help Center if the correct plan is still missing.
Charged after cancellation
Compare the request with the 48-hour deadline and the order-processing date. Send support your account email, plan name, order number, and saved confirmation.
Page error or active status
Use the Hims Help Center or support@forhims.com. Include the error, request time, and next billing date so support can review the account.
