Online cancellation

Find the membership.
Link the membership to the online account if needed, then open Manage Memberships.

Edit the plan.
Select the membership, then Edit Membership and Cancel Membership.

Complete the request.
Choose a reason, then Cancel My Membership. The process displays a confirmation and sends an email.

Notice and other cancellation routes
The terms specify seven days’ notice before renewal. They also allow cancellation at a location, by emailing help@mistercarwash.com or by calling 866-254-3229. Access continues through the paid term.
