How to Cancel a Pestie Subscription Before the Next Shipment
Cancel Pestie through your account's subscription settings, where available, or contact hello@pestie.com. Pestie's terms of service identify both routes and say recurring subscriptions continue until canceled.
Check the next charge and shipment before submitting the request. If an order has already been created, ask about that order separately from stopping later deliveries.
Locate the plan and renewal schedule
Use the email connected to your original order. Review the purchase confirmation and any reminder message to identify the subscription's schedule. Pestie's terms describe recurring charges according to the checkout offer, with shipments typically related to location and seasonal pest activity.
Do not assume the plan follows a standard monthly schedule. Record the actual next date shown in your account and any already pending payment. This is particularly useful when you ordered months ago and no longer remember the original cadence.
Complete account cancellation
Open the subscription settings and follow the current cancellation controls. Save the completed status and confirmation. If the account offers a skip or schedule change, use it only if you want a temporary adjustment.
If no cancellation control appears, email the official address with your account email and a clear request to end future renewals. Include the relevant order number if you also want a pending shipment checked.
You can write:
Please cancel future renewals of my Pestie subscription. Please confirm the effective date and whether any order is already charged or scheduled for processing. If an order is underway, please explain the options for that specific shipment.
Keep the request and reply together. An automated acknowledgment establishes that a message was received, not that the subscription has ended.
Keep subscription and order issues separate
Ask support whether the current order can still be stopped and whether any refund or return is available under your purchase terms. Do not assume cancellation reverses a payment already collected. Pestie's terms say termination does not remove obligations that have already accrued.
Make a short timeline using the renewal reminder, charge, cancellation attempt, and confirmation. Send it if support needs to investigate an unexpected shipment. Avoid placing a second order while trying to resolve the first one.
If a package has already arrived, request product-specific return or disposal instructions. Pest-control products should not be handled like ordinary unwanted household merchandise; follow their labels and the merchant's instructions rather than improvising.
Preserve what you need before access ends
Save the receipt, cancellation confirmation, and relevant product instructions. The terms state that account or subscription termination affects access to the service. Do not rely on being able to retrieve every document later.
If you still need help with a product you have, specify that in your support message. Ending recurring deliveries and asking about an existing product are different needs.
Verify the outcome
Check that the correct plan is no longer scheduled to renew. Review the next relevant statement and match any later payment to its order before raising a billing question. If a charge appears inconsistent with the confirmation, provide both records to support.
Keep the final outcome precise: subscription canceled, pending order resolved or still under review, and refund approved or not requested. That prevents an unfinished shipment issue from being mistaken for a completed cancellation.
Keep track of what you want to cancel.
Review your subscriptions in Subpilot and request cancellation help where supported. Some providers require you to act directly; submitting a request does not confirm cancellation.
