How to Cancel Rocket Money
There are two different cancellations you may need to make. To end a third-party service shown in Rocket Money, open Recurring, select the charge, choose the three-dot menu, and select a cancellation option. To stop a Premium membership, use the Premium membership controls and move the payment slider to $0 per month. Choose All in the app or View All on the website.

Check the merchant and amount, then open ••• → Cancel.

Select Cancel This For Me for an assisted request or View Instructions to cancel directly.

Provide any required details and wait for a status update or provider confirmation. A submitted request alone is not proof of cancellation.
Troubleshooting cancellation problems
Only manual instructions
Some providers require their own website, support team, or app-store controls. Follow the instructions for the company that bills you.
Assisted request does not complete
Check the app status and provider emails. If assistance fails, use the manual route and keep the provider’s confirmation.
Charge is missing
Check the full Recurring list against the statement’s merchant name, amount, and date. Contact the billing provider directly if necessary.
Cannot access Rocket Money
Try the original account email or Help Center. If renewal is close, cancel the third-party service directly with its provider.
Charge after cancellation
Compare it with the provider’s confirmed end date. Send the provider your proof and ask for a review; retain records if you later raise a billing dispute.
What happens after you cancel
Premium
Premium features continue through the paid billing period. The account remains open and notifications may continue.
Third-party services
The provider controls access and final billing. Check your next statement against its confirmation.
Pending bill negotiation
Active negotiations can continue after Premium ends. Review pending requests and their status before closing the account.
