How to Cancel a Bumper Subscription Online or Through an App Store
For a directly purchased Bumper membership, log in and use My Account → Edit Account Information → Cancel My Account. Bumper's terms also allow cancellation through customer support or its contact form. If Apple or Google Play billed the purchase, use that store's subscription controls.
Check the original receipt first. Using Bumper on a phone does not establish that the app store manages payment.
Cancel a direct membership
Open the account cancellation control and complete the confirmation prompts. Bumper's help guide also describes accessing Cancel My Account from Contact Us in the footer after login. If one route is not visible, look for the documented alternative rather than creating another account.
Save the confirmation email. The help guide says the nine-digit member ID appears on the dashboard and in the New Member Welcome email; include it when requesting support so the correct membership can be located.
Support is available at support@bumper.com. The official homepage also lists 1-332-225-9745 for cancellation assistance. Ask for the effective date and written confirmation when using a support route.
Handle an app-store purchase separately
Bumper's billing FAQ explains that Apple and Google manage subscriptions purchased through their stores. Open the store account identified on the receipt, locate Bumper under subscriptions, and complete cancellation there.
If the plan is missing, check other store accounts used for purchases. Uninstalling the application does not stop its subscription. Retain the store confirmation and compare it with the original purchase record.
If you have both a website membership and a store subscription, each needs its own review. Do not assume that canceling one automatically manages the other.
Understand a recent payment
Bumper's terms say cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not remove charges already incurred or outstanding balances. If you want a refund, contact customer service with the specific payment and reason for review; do not assume it is included in the cancellation.
The billing FAQ distinguishes a pending authorization after an unsuccessful signup from a completed charge. Check whether the statement entry is still pending or has posted. If unsure, ask the payment provider and Bumper to clarify rather than treating every temporary entry as a collected membership fee.
For a posted payment, provide the date, amount, account email, and member ID when available. Keep the explanation and any approved refund amount.
If charges continue
Make a timeline of the purchase, cancellation request, confirmation, and later payment. Send the confirmation to support and ask whether the transaction relates to the canceled membership or another account.
Keep your description factual. If you never authorized the purchase, contact your payment provider promptly and explain that separately. If you recognize it but expected renewal to stop, supply the cancellation record.
What to save before ending access
Keep receipts and any report information you are permitted to retain for your own records. Do not assume a canceled plan will continue to provide report access. Avoid treating the act of downloading a report as cancellation of the recurring membership.
The final record should identify the correct membership, the date renewals stopped, and the outcome of any payment review. That is the evidence to use if a later billing question arises.
Keep track of what you want to cancel.
Review your subscriptions in Subpilot and request cancellation help where supported. Some providers require you to act directly; submitting a request does not confirm cancellation.
