Current cancellation and return instructions
The official page now uses “Cox is now Spectrum” branding. It requests at least 24 hours’ notice for disconnection. It describes prorated service charges, with Spectrum Mobile excluded from proration, and directs equipment returns to Spectrum stores or UPS Stores.
