Final billing and returns
Residential internet charges are not prorated for a partial final billing cycle. Service can stop at 12:01 a.m. on the scheduled disconnection date. Early termination charges depend on the agreement. Equipment must be returned within 30 days to avoid applicable non-return charges. The final bill follows the regular billing schedule.
