How to Cancel a Mindvalley Subscription and Request an Eligible Refund
For a Mindvalley subscription purchased on its website, open your account's billing area, select the subscription, and complete the cancellation flow. Decline any offer you do not want and continue to the final confirmation. Purchases billed by Apple or Google must be canceled through the relevant store. Mindvalley cancellation and refund guide
Check your receipt first. The app you use to watch a program does not necessarily identify the company that billed your subscription.

Mindvalley says ordinary cancellation leaves access available until the paid period ends and does not automatically issue a refund. Managing cancellation · Finding billing history
Review all active subscriptions rather than assuming the account contains only one purchase. Identify each product by its receipt and make an explicit decision about what you want to retain.
Cancel a store purchase
For an Apple-billed plan, open the Apple Account subscription settings and select Mindvalley. For a Google Play purchase, use the Google account's subscription list. Complete the store's cancellation process and save its result. Mindvalley's store-billing guide confirms that these purchases must be managed through the store. Apple and Google purchase guidance
If the plan is not listed, compare the receipt with the account currently signed in. Do not buy another membership merely to restore access to the billing controls.
Can you get a refund?
Mindvalley's published refund policy gives a 15-day window for eligible initial website purchases and says subscription renewals are nonrefundable. Check the terms for your specific purchase rather than treating the window as applying to every program or renewal. Mindvalley refund policies
For an eligible purchase, the billing area may show Get Refund. Mindvalley says using the refund process cancels access immediately, unlike ordinary cancellation at the end of the paid period. Refund workflow
For store purchases, use the store's refund process. Keep the payment reference, request date, and decision so you can verify the actual credit separately from subscription cancellation.
Pause only if you want billing to resume
Mindvalley describes a pause option for monthly subscriptions for up to three months. Review the restart date before choosing it. A pause is a temporary interruption, not a permanent cancellation. Mindvalley pause guidance
If you want to stop indefinitely, do not select pause simply to get past a retention screen. Confirm the final status matches your intention.
Keep records before deleting the account
Mindvalley's account-deletion guidance says deletion does not cancel a membership. Handle subscription billing first and keep the confirmation outside the account. Account-deletion guidance
Before access ends, save your own notes and purchase records. After the former renewal date, check your statement. If another payment appears, identify the product, receipt, and cancellation timestamp when contacting support. That helps distinguish another subscription from a charge that conflicts with the cancellation you completed.
Keep track of what you want to cancel.
Review your subscriptions in Subpilot and request cancellation help where supported. Some providers require you to act directly; submitting a request does not confirm cancellation.
