How to Cancel a Solvely AI Subscription

For a subscription purchased from Solvely.ai, use the customer-support section of the service or contact support@solvely.ai. Solvely's terms direct members to support for cancellation and say the effective timing depends on the particular service.

Start with the receipt so you can identify the correct product, account, and billing provider. Do not assume similarly named study apps use the same cancellation system.

Find the plan and renewal date

Sign in with the email associated with the purchase and record the plan, billing interval, and next renewal. If the receipt identifies an app store as the payment provider, manage that purchase through the store's subscription controls rather than assuming a website request handles it.

Save study material you are permitted to retain before access changes. Check that important files open independently, and avoid waiting until a deadline to discover that an export is incomplete.

Send a clear cancellation request

Use the official support route and specify that you want future subscription renewals stopped. Include the account email and transaction reference, without a password or complete payment-card details.

Ask for the cancellation effective date, whether any further payment is scheduled, and when paid access ends. A message saying only “delete my account” can leave the billing question unclear, so address subscription cancellation explicitly.

Keep the sent request, case number, and final reply. If you receive only an automated acknowledgment or general instructions, follow up for confirmation that the account's renewal status has actually changed.

Check trial and refund conditions

Solvely's terms describe trials that may convert to paid memberships unless canceled before the trial ends. They also say fees are generally charged in advance and nonrefundable unless the purchase terms provide otherwise.

Use the deadline on your own offer rather than an assumed trial length. If you want a charge reviewed, state that separately and identify the payment and reason. Do not treat cancellation as automatic refund approval.

If support approves a refund, retain the amount and processing date and check the original payment method for the credit. If the request is denied, ask which purchase condition applies so you can understand the decision.

When the subscription is difficult to locate

Compare the receipt email with the account you are viewing and check alternate sign-in methods. Send support the transaction date and product name if you cannot identify the plan.

If the website produces an error, capture the relevant screen without exposing private information and note when it happened. This gives support a concrete issue to investigate rather than a vague report that cancellation is unavailable.

Verify the outcome

Keep evidence that future renewal is stopped and a clear paid-access end date. Review the next relevant statement and follow up with the original case reference if a later payment appears inconsistent with the confirmation. Account-data removal, if desired, can be handled separately after billing records are secure.

Let Subpilot help

Keep track of what you want to cancel.

Review your subscriptions in Subpilot and request cancellation help where supported. Some providers require you to act directly; submitting a request does not confirm cancellation.
